Biography

Verónica Klammer joined Columbus Merchant Banking in March 2006. Since then Ms. Klammer has leaded M&A and advisory transactions in Argentina, Chile and Uruguay for clients such as Groupe-Casino (Leader Price), UMBRO, Bumeran.com, Huhtamaki Argentina, Grupo Swett (Olisur), El Garage TV Latino, Montelecnor, Grupo SOCMA, Emgasud, Fada Pharma and Laboratorios Herix-Galia, among others.

 

Before joining Columbus, Ms. Klammer was a banker at Citigroup/Citibank N.A., where she worked for five years executing key Investment Banking transactions for clients such as Techint Group, Aluar and Edenor. Prior to joining Citibank, Ms. Klammer worked at Accenture as a business analyst in the Business Consulting Unit (1999-2000) and at Canale as a marketing analyst (1998-1999).

 

Ms. Klammer holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Católica Argentina (Valedictorian 1998) and she is a Certified Public Accountant from the Universidad Católica Argentina as well. She holds a Postgraduate Degree in Marketing from the Universidad de San Andrés (2004). Ms. Klammer was also a professor at the Universidad Católica Argentina (“Costos I” and “Costos II”) between 1997 and 2005.
